Resident feedback

The positive feedback from residents and from findings since 2010 include:

  • Soft closure of doors enabling a quiet environment

  • Improved thermal qualities retaining heat within all the communal areas

  • Reduced vandalism – where attempts were made, the service room doorsets were not breached and therefore the locking systems combined with doorsets performed to the highest standards

  • Improved living environment with less anti-social behaviour

  • Compliance with the Equality Act  on door width and opening forces
