Gerda ZW 100 and ZW 200 are mortice locks suitable for both external and internal doors. Due to their innovative construction and high quality components, the Gerda ZW 100 and ZW 200 locks are increasingly popular among door manufacturers.

ZW 100

Construction of the lock and high quality materials ensure long term fault-free operation. The ZW 100 mortice locks are available in the following sizes: 90/50, 72/60, 72/55 (on order), 72/50, 60/50, and three versions: with europrofile cylinder, with lever mortice key and WC version (without a key).

Face plates are available in galvanised silver and gold effect; brass, white. Custom made finishes: chrome and gold (powder coated).

ZW 200

Two hardened steel covers protect the locking mechanism against drilling, and reinforced handle components ensure high protection from burglary attack*.

The ZW 200 locks are manufactured in two sizes: 90/50, 72/50, with europrofile cylinder and face plate in silver effect galvanised finish.

Gerda Europrofile cylinders are recommended for ZW 100 and ZW 200 locks.
