The Gerda ZW 1000 Series
The Gerda ZW 1000 mortice lock is used as the main lock in front entrance doors. The construction of the lock and high quality components used in production guarantee a long and reliable operation. This guaranteed operation together with numerous structural features to protect against burglary attack (including hardened elements) make this lock popular among manufacturers of doors designed to a high standard of security. The ZW 1000 lock has been awarded a class C certificate (the highest category for protection against burglary attack).

- three large round steel bolts
- two hardened steel covers, which protect the locking mechanism against drilling (steel is enriched with molybdenum, which increases the hardness and resistance to crushing)
